Kathy Collins

Councilman

Kathy Collins was elected to council in 2007.  She is in the high tech industry and formerly was a Captain in the United States Air Force. 

Kathy and her husband Steve moved to the community several years ago looking for a reprieve from big city living and to be closer to family.

Teri Wilks

Councilperson

Teri Wilks was appointed to Council in March of 2008 and then elected in May 2008. Teri and her husband moved to Flatonia in 2005. During the summer months they run a tubing company on the Comal River in New Braunfels. Teri is also a board member of the Flatonia Chamber of Commerce, the Woman's Auxiliary at the American Legion, and the Flatonia Landmark Preservation Society.
